Stock and Availability

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Whilst we make every effort to ensure all items in store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock.

On the product page, if the item you have selected is out of stock, you will see "email me when available" (this may appear in the size drop down menu if you are ordering clothing). If you select this item:

  1. An input box will appear below the list
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Press the "Submit" button
  4. When the item is back in stock, an email will be sent to you

If you prefer not to receive an email, add the item to a Wishlist and check the list from time to time.

Items in high demand
If a particular item is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example, "Available within 7 days".

If we cannot get any more stock
If an item is out of stock and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item that you really want, email our Customer Services team with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.


I have ordered multiple items with different stock availability. When will these be delivered?

If you have selected multiple items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all the items are ready. If you need some items quicker than others then you will need to order them separately.

How do I place an order?

When you have found the item(s) you wish to purchase, please follow the instructions below:-

  1. Select the correct size for the item(s) (where applicable)
  2. Check the expected delivery dates for the item
  3. Enter the desired quantity correctly
  4. Read the Terms and Conditions
  5. Click the "Add to Basket" button - you will be taken to the basket page
  6. Check that the items in your basket are the items you want to order
  7. Choose your preferred delivery destination (either home delivery or to one of our stores)

How do I use search?

The NFL Shop.com uses a powerful search tool that enables you to find the products you want quickly and efficiently. When you make a search, (or when you browse via the navigation) the left hand side of the page will show the categories and search refinements available to you.

The "Select a Category" section at the top shows you how many categories are relevant to your search term. For example, if you search for the word "Tops" the categories "Fashion", "Training", "Baby" and "Souvenirs" will appear. Selecting one of these categories will display the number of items relating to "Tops".

The "Refine Your Search" section shows additional properties of the products such as "Size", "Price" and "Brand". These will help you to narrow your search effectively.

Not seeing enough products?

The area at the top of the page, below the menu bar, shows you where you have navigated and the search refinements you have made. This starts with "You are here..." and is referred to as the breadcrumb.

On occasions you may find that you have made too many refinements and as a result you may only see a few products on the page. If this is the case, simply click on the "X" next to the category or search refinement that you want to remove in the breadcrumb. This will broaden your search and a greater number of products should appear.


Why are the colours of my goods slightly different to the pictures on the site?

The items illustrated on this website are as close as possible to how they look in real life. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Different computer monitors have different settings which may make colours appear differently and therefore we accept no responsibility for differences in colour or style.


Do you have sizing charts?

On product pages that feature items of clothing, you can find a link to a sizing chart (located next to the size drop-down menu). As different manufacturers have slight variations in their sizes our charts should only be used as a rough guide.

UK DELIVERIES


UK Standard Delivery - Delivery takes 1-3 working days from when the order leaves our warehouse. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe location. Please allow at least 6 working days should you need to contact our Customer Service for tracking purposes. Please note that this service is not available to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK and certain remote areas.

UK Standard delivery is free on all orders over £100 or £4.95 otherwise.


UK Click and Collect - (over 5000 locations, 2-3 working days) - A safe place to pick up your parcel without having to wait in for your delivery. Click and collect allows you to pick up your parcel from a local collection point (collection point finder available at checkout). There are over 5,000 local collection points in convenience stores across the country open from early in the morning until late at night, 7 days a week.


Need it faster?

UK Express Delivery - Express Delivery takes 1 working day from when the order leaves our warehouse. You need to place your order before 8pm and without any personalisation or badge printing for same day despatch. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK and certain remote will take longer.


If your order includes a personalised item this may add an additional 3-5 days to dispatch of your order regardless of which delivery service is selected.


Depending on the weight, volume and value of your order and your delivery address, we will select an appropriate carrier to deliver your order.


We do not offer guaranteed delivery on weekends or public holidays.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES


Standard International Delivery - (3 - 10 days) - This service will be delivered through your local mail service and does not usually come with a tracking number. Orders are usually delivered within 3-10 days but in the event that it takes longer than this, please allow upto 20 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.


Please note: In order to qualify for Standard International Delivery your order must meet the below criteria. If your order exceeds any of them the standard delivery option will not be available:

  • Order must be under 2kg
  • Order must be under £150 in value
  • Order must be no larger than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm

Express International Delivery - (1 - 4 days) - Our international express carrier provides a fully traceable delivery service. Normally 1 - 4 working days transit time from when the order leaves our warehouse.


Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.


If your order includes a personalised item this may add an additional 3-5 days to dispatch of your order regardless of which delivery service is selected.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


CUSTOMS & DUTY

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.


Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready:


Despatching of Orders - Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

  • Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website

  • Payment Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

  • Personalised items - items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3-5 days before they are ready to be despatched.

How do I change the currency on the site?

Click the appropriate currency symbol at the top left of the page.

When you click one of these symbols, the page you are on will refresh and all prices will be displayed in your new currency. Prices will be displayed in your new currency until you change it again, even if you leave the site and come back later.


Where can I find my credit/debit card security number?

Your credit/debit card security number is a 3 digit number which can be found on the far right side of the signature strip on the back of your card. This 3 digit number is unique to your card, and gives you extra protection against fraud.

Note: with American Express cards, the card security number is 4 digits long and is printed on the front of the card.


How long does it take for the transaction to go through?

After you have confirmed your purchase, we make an immediate connection to NatWest Bank to verify the card and amount, so that authorisation is given before we complete the order.


Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, you will need to contact the Customer Services team as soon as possible after placing your order. This is because we start processing the order as soon as the order confirmation email is sent. This enables us to provide you with the quickest possible service.


When will my credit/debit card be charged?

No actual payment is taken until your goods are being packed for delivery. Pre-order items will also not be charged for until your goods are being packed for delivery.

Is placing an order secure?

When you order anything from the NFL Shop.com your order is made over a secure connection. This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Encryption is used on all pages within the buying process, making shopping on the NFL Shop.com as safe as possible.


How can I tell if the NFL Shop.com site is a secure one?

You can tell that our site is secure by looking for the following:

  • a picture of a small padlock - this normally appears bottom right of the browser window.
  • in the web page address a secure page will begin with "https://" denoting that the site is using a secure server for the transaction of data.
  • right click on the page, select "properties" (or "view frame info"). The resulting page will have a section called "Security info for this page" or a button called "certificates". These will show:

    • the security company (in our case, Verisign)

What else can I do to ensure my details remain safe?

Look for a VeriSign logo and only purchase from merchants you know and trust. In addition to encrypting the data you send over the Internet, the certificate can be used to confirm and authenticate the identity of a web sites owner (in this case, the merchant).

Because digital certificates act as electronic signatures they cannot be forged, you can be certain the connection is secure if either RSA DATA SECURITY INC. or VeriSign Inc has issued the certificate.


How is my data protected?

We implement a number of sophisticated security measures to ensure the safety of the personal information you provide. The information is contained on a secure server, which is accessible only by a limited number of employees who have authorised access rights to such information.

Once you have passed your credit/debit card details to us, they are stored in an encrypted format on our DataCash server located behind a firewall. Access to this machine is strictly controlled, preventing unauthorized access to your personal data.


Who are VeriSign?

VeriSign, Inc. is the leading provider of digital authentication services and products for electronic commerce and other forms of secure communications. For more information on VeriSign please visit their web site at http://www.verisign.com.

What is encryption and how does it work?

Put simply, encryption changes data so that it becomes completely unreadable to anyone other than the intended recipient.

Now for the technical bit!

  1. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser.
  2. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device.
  3. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (credit card Information) before sending it over the Internet.

All credit card details are encrypted using VeriSign 40bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has.

Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read.


Do you check for fraudulent credit/debit cards?

When we receive your credit/debit card details, an on-line check of your credit/debit card is made. This process ensures the card number you entered actually corresponds to a real card number and is not a bogus card.

The Datacash system also checks various "Hot Card lists" to ensure that no fraudulent use is being made of any credit/debit card. This on-line verification of your details is carried out over a secure line to the bank. credit/debit card data is never sent over the Internet using the validation process.

We also carry out random security checks on cards to ensure we help prevent fraud - please note that we do not intend any discourtesy if your card is chosen for a random check. We reserve the right to withhold any order from despatch in order to process further security checks. This can delay an order for up to 36 hours.

Your Profile

What is 'Your Profile'?

'Your Profile' is an area of the site where the information that you submitted during registration is stored. There are numerous things you can do in this section:

  • Amend or update your personal details (i.e. if you move house, you will want to change your address)
  • Create an Address Book (useful for delivery to addresses other than your own). Here you can add, view, edit and delete addresses
  • Change your password
  • Track orders
  • View your order history
  • Set the preferences for the emails you receive from us
  • View your Wishlist


Do I need to create a profile?

If you already have a profile set up with the NFL Shop.com, you can log in using the same email address and password. There is no need to create a new profile. If you have not created a profile, you can browse through the site without setting up a profile. The first time you purchase an item from us, a profile will be set up automatically for you as you will need to enter this information to successfully place an order.


You will be asked to enter your email address and a password. Once your profile has been created we will be able to send you order confirmations, let you know how your order is progressing and, depending on your preferences, send you details of special offers via email.


How do I update my personal information?

Here's how you can found out which carrier has been used to deliver your order:

Return Information

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

How do I return an item?

  1. Visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided
    1. Please have your Order Number and Postal Code ready to complete this process. This was sent to you in your Order Confirmation email.
  2. Once you have completed the return steps on screen, select your return method and download the returns label provided.
  3. Attach the provided label to your return package and drop it off at the nearest drop off point.

Once your package begins transit you will be able to track the progress of your return via the Returns Portal

As a reminder, it can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Our Return Process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 30 days from the time you receive your package.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.

It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

All return charges are the customer's liability.

Important Information:

  1. DVDs, videos or PC & video games which have been opened, pierced jewellery and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if these items are received damaged or wrong.
  2. Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged or wrong. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.
  3. We are unable to return any products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons) or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

In line with your right to cancel, if you return your full order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs which arise if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse. If you return any or all of your order after 14 days, but within the 30 day returns period, delivery charges will be non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged or not as described upon delivery.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by cheque.

 2. What terms do we use in these Terms and Conditions?

“Contract” means the contract formed between you and Fanatic each time you purchase Products from us via our Website (see section 4 below regarding how a Contract is formed between us).

“EU” means any country or territory in the fiscal (VAT) area of the European Community and at all times England and excluding Non-EU countries.

“Non-EU Countries” means any other country or territory not within the fiscal (VAT) area of the European Community.

“Order” has the meaning given to it under clause 4.1 (When is your order placed) below;

“Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration

“Product” means a product displayed for sale on the Website

“Product Description” means that part of the Website where certain Terms and Conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided.

 “User” means any user of the Fanatics Website.

“We/us/our” – means Fanatics.

“You” – means a user of this Website.

 3. Where do I find Product information?

3.1 Each Product purchased is sold subject to its description on its product page. This may set out additional terms related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and any applicable guarantees that may apply to the product.

3.2 Please note that Product descriptions may vary depending on what country you are in and where you choose to deliver the Products. We cannot guarantee that all Products will be available for international delivery to every country.

4. How is a Contract formed between us?

4.1 The steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

4.1.1 When is your order placed?

You place the order for your Products on the Website by following the prompts and clicking the “Buy Now” button at the end of the checkout process. Once you have clicked this button it constitutes an “Order”.

4.1.2 How much is the cost of delivery?

The delivery charge will be shown in the order process before you complete your Order and you confirm your consent to this charge when you submit your Order.

4.1.3  How can I review my Order?

You will be given an opportunity to review your Order and make any amendments required prior to placing an Order.

4.1.4 How will we confirm your Order?

We will send you an Order confirmation email detailing and acknowledging the Products you have ordered. This is not our acceptance of your Order.

4.1.5 What Products will you deliver?

Your contract with us to deliver Products only relates to those Products confirmed in the “order confirmation” email sent by us to you. We will not be obliged to deliver any other Products, which may have been part of your Order, unless and until those Products are confirmed in an order confirmation email.

4.1.6 How will I know when my Products have been despatched?

4.1.7 When is my Order accepted by Fanatics?

Order acceptance and completion of our Contract will take place when you receive an order confirmation e-mail confirming that we accept your Order

4.1.8 When is payment for the Products taken?

This depends on the payment method selected at checkout. If you are paying using Klarna, following placing your Order, Klarna will contact you to arrange payment. If you are paying using another method of payment, your credit/debit card will be charged when your Order is confirmed.

4.2 We are not required to accept your Order and we may reject or cancel your Order for one of the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock;
  • If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • The identification of a pricing or Product description error; or
  • You not complying with these Terms and Conditions (for example, if you are under the age of 18 and we have not received consent to the Order from your legal guardian).

5. Your statutory right to cancel

5.1 You have the following cancellation rights when you buy online:

5.1.1 You are entitled to cancel your Contract (your whole Order) if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the Products in question.

5.1.2 You have an additional right to return individual products or your whole Order up to 30 days after the day on which you received such Order.

5.1.3 Your right to return Products does not apply to DVDs, videos, PC & video games which have been opened, pierced jewellery, goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned (for example, underwear/swimwear which has been worn) or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly).

5.1.4 To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your Contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the Order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

5.1.5 You can cancel by contacting our customer services team on the contact details above or by using our returns portal. You also may, but are not obliged to, use the model cancellation form in Annex 1.

5.1.6 If you decide to cancel, you should return the Products to us at your cost within 30 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the cost of the Products being returned. If you cancel your whole Order in accordance with clause 5.1.1 only, this includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). If you do not cancel your whole Order, but only certain Products within your Order, we will only reimburse you for the cost of those Products returned and we will not refund the cost of delivery. Please note, if you have selected Klarna as your payment method and have not arranged for payment, you will not be reimbursed.

5.1.7 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

5.1.8 We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

5.2 You may also cancel your contract if the Products are damaged faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the goods. Please see clause 7 for further information.

6. How do I change, cancel or return an Order?

6.1 Other than in the circumstances set out in clause 5, it’s not possible to make changes to your Order once you’ve placed it. If you’d like to add Products to your Order, please place a new order for these Products.

6.2 If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove Products from your Order or cancel it completely, please contact our customer services team on the contact details above.

6.3 If the Products you ordered have already been collected from our warehouse for delivery to you, then you will need to use our returns portal in the event of any unwanted Products. You may also, but are not obliged to, use the model cancellation form in Annex 1.

6.4 Except as provided in clause 5.1.6, unless Products are faulty, damaged or not as described upon delivery you are expected to bear the cost of any return and your original delivery charge will not be refunded.

7. What if the Products are damaged or faulty?

7.1 If your Order arrives and the Products are damaged, faulty or not as described, you may cancel the Order and we will reimburse you the cost of the Products, the delivery charge for your Order and reasonable costs of you returning the Products. We will reimburse you with these costs through the payment method you used to place the Order within 14 days of our receipt of the returned Products. 7.2 These Terms and Conditions, including this clause 7, are in addition to any statutory rights and remedies you may have under English law and your country of residence.

8. When will the Products be delivered?

8.1 Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination. Orders with products shipped from the United States will have greater delivery lead times. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide you with a delivery estimate on the product description page. In all cases, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all Products will be delivered within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract with us. In the event that your Order has been despatched by us (as confirmed in the despatch confirmation e-mail) but has not arrived within the estimated delivery time range, please contact our customer services team on the contact details above. Please contact Customer Services if you have any queries about international delivery services.

8.2 Depending on stock availability, we may split delivery of your Order into several parts and deliver them separately. You will not be charged extra for this. Occasionally, delivery of your Order may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Delivery may also be delayed due to customs-related processes (such as inspection). We will use reasonable endeavours to inform you promptly of any such delay and will refund all delivery expenses where Products are not delivered within 30 days, within 14 days of this notification.

8.3 If delays outside of our control occur, we will make every effort to keep you informed. For the avoidance of doubt, time is not of the essence for the delivery of the Products but you will remain entitled to all statutory rights provided to you by the applicable laws.

9. What is the charge for delivery?

9.1 Our Website will confirm our charge to deliver your products before you place your Order.

9.2 If you decline the charge for this delivery service, you will not be able to place an Order.

9.3 Applicable tax applying to delivery charges will depend on your country of residence and will apply in accordance with clause 10 (How to pay & VAT).

10. How to pay & VAT

10.1 Payment is to be made in the currency selected by You on site prior to checkout. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate; if payment is made in a currency not issued as standard by the bank, they may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

10.2 Our delivery charge will be itemised as ‘delivery’ on the delivery and order confirmation pages of the Website and in emails from us, after the subtotal for the value of the goods purchased.

10.3 Applicable tax will depend on your country of residence as follows:

EU

Where you have requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the Product and applicable delivery charges will include VAT or the equivalent tax in the country to which the product is to be delivered, as applicable. Please see further details below.

Non-EU Country

Where you have requested delivery to a Non-EU Country address, the Products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated and not subject to VAT, but the price paid by you for the Products and/or the delivery service will remain the same as shown on the Website.  Please also see Section 11 below regarding taxes and duties in the destination country.

10.4 If you purchase goods from within the EU, but you request that the goods are delivered to a Non-EU Country, please note that the EU tax provisions above will still apply to your Order.

10.5 If you live within the EU, what rate of VAT is charged to your Order?

  • Under the EU VAT Distance Selling regime, VAT must be charged for deliveries within the EU. The UK rate of VAT will normally be due, but once our sales into an EU country have exceeded the threshold for VAT registration, we are obliged to register for VAT in that country and account for VAT at the rate of tax in force in that country.

10.6 Customers buying products for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom will be charged VAT.  If you are having goods delivered direct to a shipping agent in the United Kingdom but for immediate export outside of the EU it may be possible to refund the VAT, however you must contact our customer services team before placing an Order.  If you make an Order without notifying us in advance, the VAT on your purchase will not be refunded.

11. Import Duty and Tax Payments and Customs – delivery outside of the EU only

11.1 This clause 11 only applies to customers having Products delivered to Non-EU Countries.

11.2 Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your Order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the Order, will typically receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.

11.3 Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in any Non-EU Country before ordering Products to be delivered there. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with information which we hold which relates to the Product or consignment which you may need in order to arrange customs clearance.

11.4 You (or the recipient of the Products if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the Products. Therefore, before placing an Order, it’s your responsibility to check that any Products ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your Order.

11.5 You agree that we will act on your behalf as exporter of the Products and will complete export declarations in our own name on your behalf.

11.6 Where possible, we or our subcontractors, will carry out all customs formalities on behalf of the recipient of the Products. We or our subcontractors, will request payment for these charges from the recipient of the Products in a separate invoice. We may also request information from you in relation to customs formalities. You must respond to any request for information within 5 days of the request, or the Order will be cancelled and the Products returned to our warehouse.

13. Our responsibility for loss and damage suffered by you

13.1 We will be responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both us and you knew it might happen.

13.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products.

14. Our rights to vary these Terms and Conditions

14.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time but any changes will not apply to any orders that we have accepted prior to the change being made.

14.2 These Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions governing existing contracts must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what we and you are expected to do.

15. Alternative Dispute Resolution

15.1 Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use.

15.2 If your country of residence is within the EU, if you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may submit a complaint via the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. There may also be other dispute resolution platforms based in your country of residence.

16. If a court finds part of this contract unenforceable, the rest will continue in force

If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be found by a Court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, then that provision shall be capable of being severed and separated from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions which shall all remain in force.

17. Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later

If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.

18. Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings?

18.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to English law. All claims or disputes arising in relation to or in connection with any contract (any Order for Products) under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law. You may bring a claim to enforce your consumer rights in connection with these Terms and Conditions before the courts of your resident country, as laws in your country of residence may also apply to allow you certain levels of consumer protection. In addition, you are also entitled to bring a claim before the Courts of England and Wales if you prefer.

Once your order ships from our facility you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the method and destination of your order will determine if your shipping confirmation contains tracking.

Please Note: If your order includes a personalised item, this may add an additional 3-5 working days to your processing timeframe. Regardless of which delivery method you selected at the time of checkout, we will still need an additional 3-5 days to process your personalisation.

Customs and Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the EU and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to control these charges, nor can we advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment or you will receive a request for payment from your delivery provider.

We advise that you check any customs formalities or import charges applicable in the country of delivery before ordering products to be delivered there.

Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Despatching of Orders - Although we try to process and despatch your order on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

  • Pre-Orders - Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website
  • Payment Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment card which could delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
  • Personalised items - items requiring personalisation for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra 3-5 days before they are ready to be despatched.
